Low tension power distribution calls for a number of electrical panel boards designed to accommodate a large number of items forming a part of a number of circuits. The various elemental items such as Circuit Breakers, Relays, Indicating Instruments, Lamps and Push Buttons need to be selected “Circuit-wise” from a vast database of available items and then optimally arranged to form up a Panel Board with a minimal number of panels. The PANEL BOARD DESIGN Program enables this and elegantly outputs Drawings along with Bill-of-Materials and Material lists, enabling manufacturing support. The design can be linked to Estimation and Costing outputs besides scheduling for manufacture.
