Paint Booth and Baking Oven

As is visible, the two basic types of robots, viz. a) Anthropomorphic and b) Cylindrical coordinate are positioned for efficient utilization of the Paint booth and baking oven. Manual operations will cause substantial underutilization of capacity and consequent loss of precious fuel/heat energy, by not keeping up with the conveyor speed. The plant operators will tend to slow down the speed to suit their own pace. Naturally this will be permanent loss of installed capacity, whereas, with the robots in position, any user industry can turn up the plant to maximum or best sustainable speeds and derive substantial benefits, even in the short run of five to six months.
